About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts within the Dallas, TX market to drive top-line sales and meet POS goals.
- Partner with Store and District Managers to align retail strategies with specific store goals.
- Analyze sales metrics using Salesforce and Power BI to develop individualized territory sales plans and routing schedules.
- Execute national event activations and develop local territory initiatives to increase market share.
- Manage inventory levels and retailer-specific order writing to ensure product availability for promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product training, seeding, and job site visits.
- Manage territory budgets, including T&E and demonstration tools, to ensure profitability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail sales experience within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Power BI to analyze data and drive strategic growth.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
