About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts within the Dallas, TX market to drive top-line sales and meet POS goals.
  • Partner with Store and District Managers to align retail strategies with specific store goals.
  • Analyze sales metrics using Salesforce and Power BI to develop individualized territory sales plans and routing schedules.
  • Execute national event activations and develop local territory initiatives to increase market share.
  • Manage inventory levels and retailer-specific order writing to ensure product availability for promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product training, seeding, and job site visits.
  • Manage territory budgets, including T&E and demonstration tools, to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience within the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Power BI to analyze data and drive strategic growth.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
