About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts within the Dallas, TX market to drive top-line sales and meet POS goals.
  • Partner with Store and District Managers to align retail strategies with specific store goals.
  • Analyze sales data via Salesforce and Power BI to develop individualized store and territory sales plans.
  • Execute national event activations and develop local territory initiatives to gain market share.
  • Manage inventory levels and retailer-specific order writing to ensure product availability for promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product training, seeding, and job site visits.
  • Manage budgets for travel, entertainment, and demonstration tools to ensure profitability.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience within the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or Power BI.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
