Retail Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Home Depot and Lowe's accounts in the San Jose area to drive top-line sales and meet POS goals
• Partner with Store and District Managers to align retail strategies with specific store goals
• Analyze POS, promotional performance, and SKU-level detail using Power BI and Salesforce to develop territory sales plans
• Execute national event activations and develop local territory initiatives to gain market share
• Manage inventory levels and retailer-specific order writing to ensure product availability
• Build and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product training, seeding, and job site visits
• Manage budgets including T&E and demo tools to ensure territory profitability

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail sales experience within the Consumer Goods industry
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders
• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends
• Ability to pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
