About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer support for Company-Operated and Retailer-Owned service stations across the United States
  • Troubleshoot Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, forecourt equipment, hardware, software, and configurations
  • Assist station personnel with POS peripherals including printers, card terminals, scanners, and fuel dispensers
  • Diagnose and resolve reported issues, escalating complex incidents to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to initiate service dispatches for network equipment, dispensers, and telephony services
  • Document all issues, resolutions, and communications accurately within the case management system
  • Guide store personnel and technicians through remote troubleshooting steps to minimize operational disruption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Marketing and North America Retail System Support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting US-based clients
  • Willingness to work night shifts, rotating schedules, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment
