Retail Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide direction to assigned district personnel to support distribution and merchandising goals.
• Oversee routing and call coverage of retail accounts to ensure proper execution of objectives by territory.
• Analyze business building opportunities and develop executional plans for district personnel.
• Recruit, interview, and select new territory representatives following company guidelines.
• Provide training, development, and performance management for district staff.
• Maintain accurate records of retail store distribution and merchandising activities.
• Travel approximately 3 days a week, including some overnight travel.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in non-durable consumer goods, including field sales or management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry data systems.
• Knowledge of Nielsen Category Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
