Retail Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to create appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for customers
• Enhance showroom and product displays using creativity and merchandising skills
• Manage planograms and ensure high standards of product presentation
• Enforce a strong safety culture to protect teammates and customers
• Multitask and prioritize daily operational tasks effectively

Requirements

• Experience working in large format retail environments
• Proven leadership abilities (emerging or established)
• Experience with planogram management and promotions
• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and climb as required
