About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales and gross profit targets while managing visual merchandising
- Deliver world-class customer service and coach the team to do the same
- Maintain full stock levels, place orders, and complete admin duties efficiently
- Minimise stock loss and shrinkage to below-target levels
- Manage staff performance, product knowledge, and development using Individual Development Plans
- Act as a proud brand ambassador and uphold Absolute Pets culture and values
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a retail team
- Strong sales and visual merchandising skills
- Competency in stock management and inventory administration
- Ability to manage, train, and develop staff
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
