About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales and GP targets
- Manage visual merchandising
- Provide and model world-class customer service
- Ensure store is fully stocked and orders are placed correctly
- Execute all administrative duties efficiently
- Limit stock loss and shrinkage to below target levels
- Manage staff performance and lead by example
- Maintain expert product knowledge and train staff
- Pursue personal and team development through Individual Development Plans (IDP)
Requirements
- Experience in retail leadership or management
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Proficiency in retail administration and stock management
