About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA’s brand values and service standards
- Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning and expense control
- Manage payroll control to maintain profitability while providing high levels of service
- Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store or Assistant Store Manager
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational core competencies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office programs and retail software
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
