Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor operations and provide direction to team members to maximize sales
• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, training, and marketing execution
• Execute store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and paperwork
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to guests in person and through digital channels
• Deliver coaching feedback to team members and support the Store Manager in leadership duties
• Maintain store standards through inventory management, stockroom organization, and cleanliness
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure respectful resolutions

Requirements

• Some management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service within specialty retail, activewear, or outdoor apparel
• Passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, and yoga
