Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge to support customer needs
• Manage daily retail operations including operating cash registers, shipping and receiving, and stocking products
• Assist with cleaning and building visual displays to maintain store standards
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability while supporting teammates

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
