Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Support teammates by maintaining a positive attitude and attending store events
• Manage daily operations including operating cash registers, shipping, receiving, and stocking products
• Maintain store presentation by cleaning and building visual displays
• Stay knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
