Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Maintain enthusiasm and deep product knowledge to support customer needs
• Manage daily operations including cash register use, shipping, receiving, and stocking
• Build visual displays and maintain store cleanliness
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability while supporting teammates

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
