Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge to support customer needs
• Manage daily operational tasks including cash register operation, shipping, receiving, and stocking
• Assist with cleaning and building visual displays to maintain store standards
• Support teammates by attending store events and fostering a positive team environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
