Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and product knowledge to support customer needs
• Manage operational tasks including cash register operation, shipping, receiving, and stocking
• Build visual displays and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the consumer experience
• Support teammates by attending store events and fostering a positive team culture

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
