Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to enhance the consumer journey
• Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable support regarding Nike products and services to meet customer needs
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their shopping experience
• Manage daily operational tasks including operating cash registers, shipping and receiving, stocking products, and cleaning
• Assist in building visual displays and maintaining store standards
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability while supporting teammates and attending store events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
