Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet or exceed store targets
• Actively engage with customers to build relationships, increase conversion, and drive client retention
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and motivating the team
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching new hires to ensure strong performance
• Support and drive the store’s clienteling program to build strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail experience
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting goals
• Experience in clienteling and building long-term customer relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
