Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service to clients
• Responsible for store security, including holding keys and opening/closing procedures
• Manage the till system and opening/closing processes
• Welcome clients and guide them through products to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage stock through pair checking and stockroom organization
• Maintain shop floor tidiness and replenishment standards
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to customers
• Support training and development of team members
• Assist in planning and preparing promotional activities
• Act as a brand role model and adhere to uniform standards
• Participate in regular training to become a brand ambassador
• Support management with weekly trade reports and conference calls
• Lead daily team briefs and set targets in the absence of the manager

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of excellent customer service
• Previous experience in retail
• Interest and awareness of key fashion trends
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Confident working in a team environment
