Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-line retail team to drive sales results and ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional fan experience by coaching Retail Associates and Leads.
• Manage daily store operations, including POS systems and back-of-house stockroom organization.
• Perform "Manager on Duty" responsibilities and communicate project expectations to the team.
• Support business growth by monitoring revenue targets, per cap, and unit per transaction (UPT).
• Utilize digital tools and AI technology to improve efficiency and inform decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days.
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with retail operation systems (POS, OpSuite, etc.).
• Foreign language skills.
