Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line retail teams to drive sales results and ensure an exceptional fan experience during game days and events
• Coach and train part-time retail associates on operational excellence and job performance
• Manage daily operations, including POS systems, stockroom organization, and back-of-house support
• Perform "Manager on Duty" responsibilities and communicate project expectations to the team
• Make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team regarding revenue targets and unit per transaction (UPT)
• Maintain a professional demeanor and model company values in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in various weather elements if assigned to an outdoor location

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in retail or sales
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency with retail operation systems (POS, OpSuite, etc.)
• Foreign language skills
