Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line retail teams to drive sales results and ensure operational excellence
• Coach and train Retail Associates and Leads to deliver an exemplary fan experience
• Manage daily operations, including POS systems and back-of-house stockroom organization
• Perform "Manager on Duty" responsibilities and communicate project expectations to the team
• Support the leadership team by making recommendations regarding revenue targets and performance metrics
• Maintain a professional demeanor and model company values in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Two years of retail or sales experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency with retail operation systems (POS, OpSuite, etc.)
• Foreign language skills
