About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead front-line retail teams to drive sales results and ensure operational excellence
- Coach and train Retail Associates and Leads to deliver an exemplary fan experience
- Manage daily operations, including POS systems and back-of-house stockroom organization
- Perform "Manager on Duty" responsibilities and communicate project expectations to the team
- Support the leadership team by making recommendations regarding revenue targets and performance metrics
- Maintain a professional demeanor and model company values in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Two years of retail or sales experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficiency with retail operation systems (POS, OpSuite, etc.)
- Foreign language skills
