Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-line retail team to drive sales results and ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional fan experience by coaching and training retail associates.
• Manage daily store operations, including back-of-house organization and stockroom maintenance.
• Perform "Manager on Duty" responsibilities and communicate project expectations to the team.
• Utilize POS and retail operation systems to manage transactions and inventory.
• Make data-driven recommendations to the leadership team regarding revenue targets and performance metrics.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during game days and events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail or sales.
• Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in POS and retail systems.
• Ability to work on-site and handle game day scheduling, which may include exposure to various weather elements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Foreign language skills.
• Experience with retail operation systems such as OpSuite or Service Now.
