Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and bring the consumer journey to life
• Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and product knowledge to support customer needs
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Manage daily retail operations including operating cash registers, shipping, receiving, and stocking products
• Assist with cleaning and building visual displays to maintain store standards
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and reliability in all team and customer interactions

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and retail technologies
