Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional service that brings the consumer journey to life
• Support customer needs by being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Converse products
• Ensure customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey
• Maintain professional standards by demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Perform operational duties including operating cash registers, shipping and receiving, stocking products, and building visual displays

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
