Retail Supervisor - Consumer Experience (Coach)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver a premium brand experience and exceptional consumer service
• Manage daily business operations within the department to achieve sales targets and digital service goals
• Drive the consumer journey on the sales floor by ensuring the team is equipped with deep brand knowledge
• Use data and analytics to provide insights and partner with senior leadership for continuous improvement
• Act as a brand ambassador by training the team on Nike initiatives and maintaining brand standards
• Identify and improve service areas based on direct consumer feedback

Requirements

• A genuine passion for Nike and a love of sport
• Proven experience in retail and/or leadership positions
• Exceptional consumer service skills and the ability to coach a high-performing team
• Strong communication skills with a very good command of the English language
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
