Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide training and in-the-moment coaching to associates to ensure high-quality consumer engagement and product recommendations
• Support the execution of merchandising directives, including timely replenishment and maintaining store cleanliness
• Supervise an assigned department to drive sales through visual merchandising and deep product knowledge
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and accurate execution of procedures
• Foster a culture of teamwork and lead by example to uphold company values

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail leadership or specialized position
• Proficiency operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software
• Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information with leadership, associates, and consumers
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs in a physically active environment
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
