Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide coaching and training
• Supervise assigned departments to ensure efficient operations and profitability
• Manage inventory by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing merchandise
• Foster a positive store culture through teamwork and leading by example
• Collaborate with the store leadership team regarding policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure employees adhere to company quality standards and resolve operational errors

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar retail position or specialization
• Proficiency operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and other in-store computerized systems
• Effective communication skills to exchange information with leadership, associates, and consumers
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs in an active environment
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
