Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide coaching and training
• Ensure efficient store operations and adherence to company procedures and quality standards
• Supervise assigned departments, including receiving, handling, and replenishing inventory
• Collaborate with the store leadership team regarding policies and standards
• Foster a positive store culture through teamwork and professional leadership

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail position or similar specialization
• Proficiency operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and other in-store computerized systems
• Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information with team members and consumers
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Ability to move about an active environment and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED
