Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide direction, training, and coaching
• Supervise assigned departments to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures
• Manage inventory by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing merchandise to support profitability
• Foster a positive store culture through teamwork and leading by example
• Collaborate with the store leadership team regarding policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure employees adhere to company quality standards and resolve any operational errors

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position or specialization
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and other in-store computerized systems
• Effective communication skills to exchange information with leadership, associates, and consumers
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in an active, physical retail environment
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
