Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide direction, training, and coaching
• Supervise assigned departments to ensure profitability through efficient receiving, handling, and replenishment
• Create and maintain a positive store culture through teamwork and leading by example
• Collaborate with the store leadership team regarding policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Ensure employees adhere to company quality standards and resolve any operational errors

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a retail or supervisory position
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and other in-store computerized systems
• Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information with leadership, associates, and customers
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active in a physical retail environment
