Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide coaching and training
• Supervise assigned departments to ensure efficient operations and profitability
• Maintain store culture through teamwork and leading by example
• Collaborate with the store leadership team regarding policies, procedures, and standards
• Ensure employees adhere to company quality standards and resolve any operational errors

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail position or specialization
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and other in-store computerized systems
• Strong communication skills to exchange ideas with leadership, associates, and consumers
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
• Ability to move constantly in an active environment and lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
