Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff and provide direction, training, and coaching.
• Supervise assigned departments to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Drive store profitability by managing receiving, handling, and replenishment processes.
• Foster a positive store culture through teamwork and leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team regarding policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure employees adhere to company quality standards and resolve any operational errors.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a retail leadership position or similar specialization.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and other in-store computerized systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information with leadership, associates, and customers.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including seasonal changes.
• Physical ability to move constantly and lift/adjust items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
