Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop associates and drive store growth
• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve sales performance and customer engagement
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Set daily goals and direction for the team upon arrival
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to all safety standards
• Execute physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering sales and operational results in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to foster a selling culture
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching
• Ability to de-escalate customer or store situations effectively
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform constant physical activity
