Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
• Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues
• Partner with sales leadership to support action plans and operational execution
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt
• Set daily direction and goals for associates
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to the team
• Lead exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and visual standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer experience, and operations
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Availability to work peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching
