Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations and support business growth
• Coach, train, and motivate associates to improve selling behaviors and customer experience
• Deliver exceptional in-store service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and genuine customer connections
• Support hiring, development, feedback, and performance accountability for store associates
• Execute opening and closing routines, deposits, shipment processing, and company directives
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging store environment

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to foster a selling culture
• Effective communication skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to coach associates and de-escalate customer or store issues
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business times
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

• Comfort working in a hands-on, physically active retail environment
