Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences and guide customers in discovering jewelry that resonates with their style
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold in-store customer experience standards
• Promote service offerings such as piercing and engraving while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Support order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, and point-of-sale operations
• Uphold visual presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards on the sales floor
• Build positive team relationships and adhere to company policies and compliance practices

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and ability to solution in the moment for customer and business needs
• Proven track record meeting retail KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Attention to detail, highly organized working style, and strong sense of initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• History of contributing to a positive team working environment
