Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury in-store shopping experience and guide customers in selecting fine jewelry
• Uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and promote services such as piercing and engraving
• Meet and exceed KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Support back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, BOPIS, packaging, and inventory organization
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
• Identify and escalate operational gaps, risks, and customer feedback to store leadership
