Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold in-store customer experience standards
• Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
• Meet and exceed KPIs such as OPH, SPH, NPS, Conversion, AOV, and UPT
• Support order fulfillment, BOPIS, packaging, and back-of-house organization
• Maintain visual presentation, cleanliness, and brand standards on the sales floor
• Identify and escalate operational gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership
• Build positive relationships and contribute to an engaging team environment

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection with strong verbal communication and active listening
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and ability to solve problems in the moment for customer and business needs
• Track record of meeting sales KPIs and paying attention to feedback and trends
• High attention to detail, organization, and strong sense of initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
