Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized in-store shopping experiences and guide customers through fine jewelry selections
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold service standards including piercing and engraving offerings
• Support back-of-house operations such as order fulfillment, BOPIS, inventory organization, and packaging
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, brand presentation, and integrity of fixtures and displays
• Build positive team relationships and contribute to an engaging work environment
• Identify and escalate operational gaps, risks, and opportunities to store leadership

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset to address customer and business needs
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• Experience contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
