Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences as a trusted advisor
• Guide customers in discovering jewelry through product knowledge, styling, and storytelling
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold service standards
• Promote in-store services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
• Support order fulfillment, BOPIS, packaging, and back-of-house operations
• Maintain visual presentation, cleanliness, and brand merchandising standards
• Validate integrity of fixtures, graphics, and decor; report damages or missing items
• Build positive relationships and contribute to an engaging team environment

Requirements

• Authentic, warm customer connection and strong verbal communication skills
• Active listening and ability to deliver on customer needs
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and real-time problem solving for customer and business needs
• Proven track record meeting retail KPIs: SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong sense of initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive team working environment
