Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, exceptional shopping experiences as a trusted jewelry advisor
• Drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction through authentic customer engagement
• Guide customers in discovering pieces via expert product knowledge and storytelling
• Support order fulfillment, BOPIS, and back-of-house organization and inventory standards
• Maintain visual merchandising, brand standards, and fixture integrity on the sales floor
• Uphold operational excellence including POS systems, shrink mitigation, and loss prevention
• Build positive team relationships and contribute to an engaging work environment

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection with strong verbal communication and active listening
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset to meet customer and business needs
• Track record of meeting retail KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong sense of initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
