Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized shopping experiences and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Lead by example using Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Support back-of-house order fulfillment, inventory organization, and point-of-sale operations
• Uphold visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand standards on the sales floor
• Mitigate product loss and escalate operational gaps to store leadership
• Build healthy relationships and contribute to a positive, engaging team environment

Requirements

• Authentic, warm communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to style and suggest pieces
• Critical thinking with the ability to solution in the moment for customer and business needs
• Proven ability to meet and exceed retail KPIs such as SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive team working environment
