Retail Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide "WOW" service to every guest by building meaningful relationships and connecting with the brand's mission.
• Drive sales results by setting personal goals and growing the brand footprint through guest connections.
• Educate guests on product details, personal style, and Kendra Scott’s philanthropic efforts.
• Maintain brand standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support store operations by flexing between the sales floor, color bar, events, and back-of-house tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• A passion for fashion, trends, and the core pillars of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of energy in fast-paced settings.
