Responsibilities

• Lead sales on Saturdays and contribute strongly across all shifts
• Deliver a personalised, high-level styling experience to every customer
• Build genuine relationships and repeat clientele
• Confidently sell and style across a wide demographic of women
• Maintain premium store presentation and visual standards
• Support stock flow and day-to-day store operation

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion
• Strong personal style and confidence in styling women of all ages and body types
• Proactive, sales-driven mindset with the ability to close
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• High level of presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as the main seller on Saturdays
