About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish trust with strategic clients and key decision-makers to position Vusion as a long-term partner
- Drive account plan execution in coordination with Sales and Key Account Managers
- Manage and improve client NPS by analyzing feedback and implementing corrective actions
- Lead business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value of deployed IoT and SaaS solutions
- Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs regarding support, maintenance, and asset management
- Coordinate internal teams including Support, Sales, and Project Managers
- Identify service evolution opportunities and contribute to upsell and renewal strategies
- Structure onboarding phases to accelerate time-to-value
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success Management for complex accounts
- Experience in technological environments such as SaaS or IoT
- Experience with retail clients is a major asset
- Proven track record in managing structured contractual commitments
- Ability to interact with C-level executives
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and value creation
