About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish trust with strategic clients and key decision-makers to position Vusion as a long-term partner
  • Drive account plan execution in coordination with Sales and Key Account Managers
  • Manage and improve client NPS by analyzing feedback and implementing corrective actions
  • Lead business reviews to demonstrate solution value and ROI
  • Ensure compliance with contractual service level agreements (SLA)
  • Coordinate internal teams including Support, Sales, and Project Managers
  • Identify service evolution opportunities and contribute to upsell and renewal strategies
  • Structure onboarding phases to accelerate time-to-value

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Customer Success Management for complex accounts
  • Experience in technological environments such as SaaS or IoT
  • Experience with retail clients is a major asset
  • Proven ability to manage structured contractual commitments
  • Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and value creation
