Retail Store Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, ensuring adherence to LEGO policies and procedures
• Assist the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) with scheduling, holiday planning, and attendance
• Drive profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin information
• Train and develop the team on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising techniques
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and store graphics
• Manage stockroom organization, inventory replenishment, and loss prevention targets
• Oversee cash handling procedures and complete orders for store and office supplies

Requirements

• Proven leadership or management experience in a retail store environment
• Experience delivering employee training and development
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) automated systems
• Experience with cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
• Strong visual merchandising and merchandise maintenance skills
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week
