Retail Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures including register preparation and inventory reconciliation
• Facilitate training and onboarding for Wellness Advisors
• Direct team workflow by creating rosters and delegating daily responsibilities
• Manage escalated customer concerns and product questions
• Ensure team accountability to company policies and state laws
• Investigate cash, POS, or product discrepancies
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets and promotional materials
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a team
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cannabis industry experience
• Advanced cannabis product knowledge
