Retail Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day dispensary operations in accordance with state law and company standards
• Perform store opening and closing procedures including register preparation and inventory reconciliation
• Direct team workflow by creating rosters, break sheets, and delegating daily responsibilities
• Facilitate training and onboarding for Wellness Advisors and provide real-time coaching
• Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to complex product questions
• Investigate cash, POS, or product discrepancies and escalate appropriately
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service
• 1+ year of experience leading or mentoring a team
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
• Advanced cannabis product knowledge
