Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find products to enhance their musical creativity
- Maintain beautiful visual merchandising to ensure an inviting store environment
- Stay up-to-date on musical trends and new Fender products to educate customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and store success
Requirements
- Passion for music and Fender products
- Ability to deliver unforgettable customer service experiences
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience playing guitar or bass, or a strong willingness to learn
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and general technology
- Flexibility to work schedules based on business needs
- Fluency in Japanese; English preferred; Chinese is a plus
